Mode of Fee Payment

Parent may opt any option for the payment of School Fee:
  1. Online Payment of fee through State Bank Collect. 
  2. Quarterly fee payment through State Bank of India, Mathura Refinery Township on quarterly basis between 10th to 15th April 2016, July 2016, October 2016 and January 2017. 
  3. At School Fee counter between 9:00am to 12:00noon on all working days through DD only. No cash will be accepted. 


  •  Please note that the Bank will accept the fee only between 10th and 15th April 2016, July 2016, October 2016 and January 2017. After this date, the fee will be accepted only at school fee counter with chargeable penalty (as per rule) through DD only. No cash will be accepted. 
  • Tuition fee at School Fee Counter can be paid on a quarterly basis on or before 15th April 2016, July 2016, October 2016 and January 2017. This can also be paid in one installment for the whole year at the beginning of the session. 
  • Non – receipt of fee for the specified quarter beyond 30 days (one month) from 16th day of the first month of the quarter will entail your ward’s name getting struck – off from the master roll. Re-admission fee will be levied in such condition for the continuation of name on roll at the discretion of the Principal on payment of all due fee and a fresh re-admission fee (Rs.5000/-). 
  • Late fee of Rs.10/- per month will be charged effective from the 16th day of the first month of the quarter till actual receipt of the quarterly fee. Please note the penalty will be effective from 16th day of the quarter month to 15th day of the next quarter month (i.e. 30 days), failing which the name will get struck-off from the roll. 
  • Fee and other charges are non-refundable, except caution money. 
  • Management reserves the rights to change Fee Structure at any time. 

Withdrawal/Transfer Certificate

  • Transfer Certificate on withdrawal is issued only after clearance of all dues. 
  • If withdrawal application reaches after 10th of the month, full fee will be charged for that month. 
  • Withdrawal at the end of the session will be considered only if the withdrawal application reaches us before 31st March otherwise fee will be charged till name of the child continues in the school roll. 


Steps for Fee Payment through SBI Internet Banking :

  1. The Student/parent need not have account with SBI to remit the fee through SBI’s State Bank Collect option. The remitter should have internet banking facility or debit/credit card option. 
  2. Log on to www.onlinesbi.com -> Click on State Bank Collect 
  3. Click check box for having accepted the terms -> Proceed 
  4. Select - State: Uttar Pradesh->Type of Corporate : Educational Institutions ->Go 
  5. Select Education Institute name: DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MATHURA REFINERY NAGAR, MATHURA -> Submit 
  6. Select Payment Category -> Quarterly School Fee . -> Enter Admission No. -> Submit 
  7. check all Student details and fill all the required fields. -> Submit 
  8. Select type of payment – internet banking/debit or credit card/SBI online. You will be diverted to your bank site 
  9. Receipt will be generated after payment, you may take a print out of the same and retain with you for records. Please note that no separate receipt will be issued from School.
