Continuous Assessment System
The academic understanding of the child will be assessed on the basis of regular and continuous assessments for all the subjects throughout the session .
According to the recommendations of the National Education Policy 2020, the curriculum and pedagogy will aim for the holistic development of learners. The curriculum will be designed to provide more options for LEARNING BY DOING. The key element of the pre-primary education will be Experiential Learning and to make the learners more competent to understand and skillfully apply the content. It will be achieved by greater focus on Thematic Teaching—Creative Activities and Play Way teaching methods. The assessments would be focused to prepare the child for the following skills—
Reading and Writing Skills
Orals ( for clarity and confidence)
Identification of Letters/ Numbers/ Objects
Clarity of concepts ( Analysis and Critical thinking )
General Awareness / Life Skills
Participation in classroom activities
The curriculum is structured to enable the child to draw, colour ,recite , identify- Read and Write the Alphabet /Numbers / Objects and to be aware of his/her surroundings effectively.
The school aims to provide ample opportunities for the children to participate in various activities and learn in a joyful, play way and creative learning environment.
