Admissions Under RTE Act-2009

25% of the total seat will be filled-in as per the provisions of RTE Act as per the list provided by the DIOS/BSA, Mathura. Parents who are interested for the admission of their wards under RTE Act are advised to get registered their wards name in the BSA office, Mathura

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

It is mandatory/compulsory for all the applicants to show the original and submit self attested photocopies of the documents as listed in the common admission form. While submitting the form, please submit anyone of the following documents as proof for each.

Birth date

1. 1. Birth certificate under the Birth, Death & Marriage Certificate Act,1986.

   2. Anganbadi records

Residence Proof

1. 1. Ration card

   2. Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.

   3. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Unique Identity card

   4. Aadhar

Income proof

1. 1. Income certificate issued by a Revenue officer/tehsildar as declared by the U.P.Govt.

   2. BPL ration card (yellow colour)

   3. Food Security card issued by the Dept. of Food.

Proof of EWS/Disadvantage Group Category

1. 1. Certificate issued by the Revenue officer/tehsildar.

   2. Cast certificate issued by the competent authority

   3. Medical certificate issued by the Govt. hospital, in case child with special needs.

Please note that : Admission under the above category will be considered based on the guidelines provided under the provision of EWS and Management has right to reject the application form if case is not found satisfactory.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES IN CASTE, DATE OF BIRTH etc. WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN FUTURE.
