Living in the modern world and digitalization go hand in hand. Using modern technology and internet for reducing work and increasing efficiency is a way to a smart work process leading to a digital community. To implement this in DPSMRN, a School ERP System/Mobile app has been designed to implement digitalization and reduce manual work to overcome the problems caused by human error. This will streamline the communication between Parents and teachers while reducing data entry effort through mobile or tablet and shall make the communication between students, parents and teachers more effective.

Benefits to the ADMINISTRATOR

The administrator has the authority of modifying the student details, adding or deleting, as and when they get admitted to the school or leave the school and also the teachers’ details as when they joined or left the school. Thus, this application will automatically update the students’ information and maintenance process in School.

Benefits to the TEACHERS

The teachers can enter the details for each student i.e. attendance, academic results, daily assignments, etc. They can broadcast the changes in schedules or any new upcoming events to the students. Also, the students as well as their parents will be informed about the attendance percentage, periodically through this application. It will also reduce the amount of paper work done and time invested in doing the work manually by the teachers.

Benefits to the STUDENTS

In the Student module, our students can view their percentage, attendance on daily basis, fee records, exam, time table; print/download the notes given by teachers and also browse the event calendar for upcoming exams, holidays, other curricular and co-curricular activities. There is a provision of a Chat Room where the teachers, students and parents can chat on any related issue.

Benefits to the PARENTS

In the Parent module, the esteemed parents can view their ward’s percentage, attendance on daily basis, fee records, exam time table, notes or papers and event calendars which show upcoming exams, holidays, other curricular and co-curricular activities and a Chat Room that will also work in Parent Interface as Student interface.

Facilities Provided to the Student in Mobile App

Instruction for Registration Mobile App (Android and iOS)

Step-1 : Open Google play store or Apple App store

Step-2 : Type school name in search and download School App

Step-3 : After Download App, click on school app icon

Step-4 : Click on student

Step-5 : Enter Student Admission No. It will send OTP on registered Number. Enter OTP . Now your School App is registered and you can Login to Mobile App.
